Prof. Dr. Saw Kay Thwe Moe

Dr. Saw Kay Thwe Moe is an executive member of Bagan Vision Institute (BVI). She is currently working as a Director in Department of Advanced Science and Technology under Ministry of Science and Technology, Myanmar. She was also appointed as a Quality Manager at the Institutional Research and Assessment Management Office of Technological University (Kyaukse), so quality assessment in teaching, learning and administration is her speciality. Throughout her professional career, she has engaged with a myriad of research works in the field of science and technology, and contributed to various workshops, conferences and forums as a scholar, and an academician. Her research experiences and academic achievements will make BRI as better research institute in Myanmar, and in the region.
