Mr. Saw Ko Ko Lwin is a Public Relations (PR) Manager in Bagan Vision Institute. He worked as command officer, and also as a training instructor under Ministry of Defense, Myanmar for many years. Throughout his professional career, has dealt with public in various situation, and managed to handle with his best profession.
