Dr. Zaw Win

Dr. Zaw Win, Former Rector of Sagaing University, is a domestic adviser of Bagan Vision Institute (BVI). Since he had been working as an academician throughout his career for years, he enriched in experience and knowledge about research and academic affairs. His professional field of academic trainings, management, and education development, will ensure our institute in engaging academic exchange programs with other institutes and universities within Myanmar, and in the region. His wisdom and conscience will guide BVI stay on the right direction in achieving its mission, vision, and objectives. As a domestic advisor, his valuable contribution to, and participation in our institute is a great privilege and honor for all of us including our partner institutes.
