Dr. Sunn Lynn

Dr. Sunn Lynn is an executive member of Bagan Vision Institute (BVI). He has been working as a legal officer for 23 years. Now, he is a Director of International Law and ASEAN Legal Affairs Division from Ministry of Legal Affairs. He graduated Ph.D. in Public International Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, China. Also, he is a ITLOS Nippon fellow in Hamburg, Germany. His works and academic experiences are much greater hand for the institute.
