Ms. Sao Siri Rupa

Ms. Sao Siri Rupa is an executive member of Bagan Vision Institute (BVI). She actively engaged with a wide range of roles within private sector and multinational corporations in Malaysia, with an emphasis on project management, strategic resource allocation, and human capital development. Her journey has been characterised by formative experiences in the realms of strategic planning, business development, and operations management, all within dynamic and challenging environments. She navigated a myriad of roles across numerous international and national institutions, including but not limited to WFD, FDFA, DFAT, MANA, and PDI, in Myanmar. Her role was instrumental in bolstering institutional infrastructure, catalysing human capital development, and overseeing rigorous project management processes within intricate and multifaceted environments. Her professional experience and knowledge will provide us the valuable advice and support for the successful implementation of BVI vision, mission, and objectives.

• Bachelor of Arts in Communication (2007), University of Science, Malaysia.
• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Global Diplomacy, SOAS, University of London, UK.

• 2007 to 2012 – Professional in private sector and multinational corporations in Malaysia.
• 2012 to 2023 – Development Professional in numerous international and national institutions, such as WFD, FDFA, DFAT, MANA, and PDI, in Myanmar.
